Philosophy
Since 1953 and now under the management of the third generation, Schwarzwälder Textil-Werke has remained one of the leading companies in the market. By employing specially developed production methods unique to STW, we are able to chop synthetic tow down to short lengths and specified fibre fillers are produced from textile waste. So, for us "recycling" is not just a trendy expression. We have been reprocessing fibres since our company was first founded. The energy used is ecologically produced in our own hydroelectric power stations.
