Since 1919: the Schwarzwälder Textil-Werke In 1919, Schwarzwälder Textil-Werke was created by Heinrich Kautzmann in Bergzell. At this time, the production programme comprised reprocessed, high quality cotton, bleached, dyed and dressed fibres.
In 1950, the foundations of the present production programme were laid and these have been continually extended.
